Return policy:
In the event that you need to return your product, you must present your purchase receipt and contact our Customer Service Department for instructions at customerservice@marey.com (see more details on the “contact us page” for phone support information). Marey will receive your unit for repair, whether you are under warranty or not. If your unit is under warranty we will repair it under Marey’s warranty policy. If your unit is not under warranty, we will repair it with appropriated charges for repair labor and spare parts. If you purchased your unit in any other place other than Marey website, please check with the distributor you purchased from in order to see their particular return policy for instructions. Marey cares about the information you provide to us, and we will protect it and not share it for any other use that is not to fulfill your sales order and/or for repair needs. We appreciate your trust in Marey, and we are strongly committed to the privacy of your information.
 
Shipping policy:
Marey implements several different shipping methods for orders processed through our website. For shipments within the US mainland, our water heaters are shipped with regular deliveries from either Fedex, USPS or UPS. International locations and US territories like Puerto Rico and Hawaii are usually shipped through USPS International. The air conditioner units are shipped with an LTL carrier, due to their weight and dimensions. Marey understands your needs for hot water and acclimatization in your home, so we always ship items within the same day or within 1 business day from the purchase date. If you wish to order your unit with a special shipping service such as overnight expedited shipping, we will be glad to quote it for you based on the zipcode you can provide us to sales@marey.com

Marey Heater Corp and Marey International LLC and/or its affiliates ("Marey") provide tankless water heaters and ductless mini splits for your comfort, always looking to maximize your energy efficiency savings. When you visit our online shop at marey.com to buy a product, you will be subject to Marey Warranty Policy that requires you to register your product within 30 days of the purchase date. Please make sure to register your unit so you can enjoy all benefits of the Marey warranty. Marey requires to receive payment in full prior to shipping the unit, so please make sure you complete your purchase up to the next step, submitting your complete shipping information as well.
